1. DMCA and copyright
This page describes how to submit a copyright infringement notice (DMCA) and other requests to remove or review listings on Putaria Telegram. We respect the rights of authors, rights holders and licensors and act promptly on valid takedown notices.
2. What we can remove
• links that infringe copyright or related rights, upon a proper notice from the rights holder or authorized agent;
• broken or duplicate links;
• false or misleading listings;
• content that violates privacy or personality rights;
• illegal material or listings that breach our terms;
• entries requested by the group administrator or rights holder.
3. What we do not control
Removing a link here does not delete the group or file on Telegram. For content hosted elsewhere, rights holders should also use the platform's official reporting channels and competent authorities where applicable.
4. How to send a DMCA notice
Submit a request through the site's contact or report form (when available), including:
• identification of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
• description of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed;
• exact URL of the listing on Putaria Telegram;
• a good-faith statement that use was not authorized;
• contact details (name, email, phone) and physical or electronic signature;
• supporting documents or evidence.
5. Review timeline
We review complete, good-faith notices within a reasonable time and may request additional information. Actions may include temporary removal, permanent removal or keeping the link, depending on the merits and applicable law.
6. Counter-notice
Anyone who believes a link was removed in error may submit a counter-notice with identification, material location, a statement under penalty of perjury and signature, as required by applicable law.
