How does the CPC auction work?

The CPC (cost per click) auction lets you feature your group or post in the sponsored list. You set a value per click and a recharge amount. The higher the value per click, the better your position tends to be. When the campaign is active, each click on your ad uses credits from your balance until you need to recharge.

Stories are featured posts in the site feed. You send a photo or video with a link; after team approval, the story is visible for a period (e.g. 24 or 48 hours). To publish, you need an active stories package. Each story published uses one credit from your package.

How does boosting work?

Boosting is when you pay to have your group or post featured in the slider (carousel) on the home page. In the account area, go to My Groups and click "Boost" on the group you want; choose a plan (e.g. 3 days, weekly or monthly) and the payment method (PIX). After the payment is confirmed, your post appears in the featured slider. This is different from the CPC Auction (sponsored list) and Stories.

How do I request content removal?

If you found content that violates copyright or is inappropriate, use the Content Removal page in the site footer. There you will find instructions and the form to submit your request. Our team reviews each request according to site policy.
